Guest access
We will meet guests and provide key as well as tour of property and equipment. If we are not here we will leave rp or unlocked with key at kitchen counter after 200 PM. Our guests enjoy free use of watercrafts; kayaks, canoe, paddle board and water floating chairs. Several of lounge chairs and Umbrellas, outdoor lounges, swing, and Hammock and more. Relax to a fire next to the water as you listen to the sound of water lapping.
Other things to note
Our guest are 5 minutes from downtown Lake Stevens with many restaurants 10 minutes from historic river town of Snohomish famous for their many antique stores, river front restaurants, close to bike centennial bike trail, 2 minutes from local blueberry farm, minutes from Granite Falls and Mount Pilchuck with many hiking trails, 13 minutes from downtown Everett, 35 minutes from Seattle, and 20 minutes from Seattle Best Outlet.
Notice: swimming and using water toys is at your own risk, all children must be supervised at all times; Airbnb and hosts are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your or any of your visitors stay. Prior approval is required for guest’s visitors. Thank you!

- Additional rules: Smoking is allowed outside. Please put back kayak, canoe and any other water toys. You will find a binder with local information and house rules. Please read and sign. You will find a liability release form please sign and date. This release will allow you to use water toys but not without signing one first. Your visitors are limited to 2 guests for limited amount of time, and they need to sign a release as well. We and Airbnb do not allow parties, events or gatherings. Thank you for your cooperation. Must wear life jacket according to law if using water recreational vessels; adults have to have them on board the craft if not wearing them but we ask that you do wear them for your safety; jackets are in storage container on waterfront patio, paddles under boat house roof on dock. Quiet hours after 10:30 pm on weeknights midnight on weekends or holidays; but please be respectful and be aware of noise levels All young children near water must wear life jackets. No diving into lake as it is shallow, and guests swim and use crafts at their own risk. ( see liability release) Notice again: swimming and using water toys is at your own risk, all children must be supervised at all times. No visitors without approval limit to 2… only for2 hours.

Nadia was a wonderful host and very responsive, kind, and friendly. The apartments fabulous and just sagar i needed. It was wonderful to sit on the dock in the evenings or take a kayak out on the water. I highly recommend the place to anyone.

Amazing host felt right at home was very flexible with my pets. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

It was a cozy place for me to stay for couple weeks, I like especially the deck near water. The scene was beautiful at night and in the afternoon. My dog enjoyed it as well. Overall it worth the money.
