The space
This charming 500 sq. ft. studio offers a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. The cozy sleeping area features a beautiful queen brass bed with mirrored closet doors and can be enclosed with light-blocking curtains for added seclusion. The inviting living space includes a sleeper sofa with a gel mattress, while the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to the cheerful sitting area, creating a spacious and welcoming feel.
With warm wood interiors and a private entrance, this studio has a cozy, cabin-style ambiance. Step outside to your private patio with a table and umbrella, just moments from the serene waterfront featuring peaceful seating areas and two docks—ideal for unwinding and taking in the views.
Guest access
Enjoy direct water access and plenty of relaxing spots around the property — a floating dock, a waterfront patio with lounge chairs, outdoor dining areas with BBQ, heaters, tiki torches, and a cozy fire pit by the water. Small RV parking is available. (Sorry, no dogs.)
The studio is close to many great attractions:
- Historic Snohomish (15 min) – charming antique stores, restaurants, and riverfront walks.
- Nature escapes – 25 minutes to stunning hikes along Mountain Loop Hwy, or head 45 minutes north to the breathtaking Diablo Dam and Ross Lake in the Northern Cascades.
- City life – just 12 minutes to Everett’s waterfront restaurants and marine walk, or 35 minutes to Seattle for a full city experience.
- Entertainment & Shopping – 15–20 minutes to Tulalip Casino and Seattle Premium Outlets.
If you visit in July, don’t miss Lake Stevens Aquafest — a lively festival with fireworks, water competitions, and more!
Other things to note
We’re happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible — feel free to share any special requests or interests before arrival. Please note the property is not suitable for children under 12, and no visitor’s children are allowed.
Visitors are welcome for short visits, but if you plan a gathering or have more than four people, please request approval in advance. For larger get-togethers, both units must be booked (discount available when booking both). You can view both listings on my profile.

Additional Details

- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM (city ordinance).
- Please limit visitor stays to short visits to respect other guests and neighbors.

I very much enjoyed my stay. My first travel nursing assignment was much better because of the stay in Magda’s apartment .

Magda is an outstanding host. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel at home. The place was extremely clean and well kept inside and out. Beautiful property to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. We will definitely return.

Our stay was great! Beautiful area and was awesome to be able to kayak lake Stevens. Only issue was the space was short. I’m a tall guy (6”5) and wasn’t expecting to hit my head on the ceiling. Other than that the stay was fun and the place was beautiful. The owners were very accommodating on such a short notice as we had booked this the night before. Very communicative as well.
