Our Mountain Riverfront RV and Group Tent Sites offer a unique experience for both families and groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Park. Located conveniently near Lake 22 and Mt. Pilchuck, guests can explore scenic trails, enjoy river access, and take in breathtaking mountain views. These sites are designed to provide comfort while embracing the natural surroundings, making them ideal for anyone seeking outdoor adventure and relaxation. This large property is well sluited for 2 guests or additional guests can be added as there are tent sites or room for campers. Ask about group rates.
In the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie. Nat. Forrest on 4 + acre 900 ft. riverfront & forested property w/1 bed RV & tent sites great for groups, long beach w/great swimming holes & fishing. Fully equip & decorated w/spectacular views of river & Mountains. A fully equip., kitchen & bedding. Deck overlooking river w/ outdoor built-in dining bar & stools, picnic area w/large firepit & tripod, BBQ, swings, outdoor hot shower. Near many hikes, ice caves, historic mining ghost town. 2 pets max. damage fee.
Other things to note
If your pet sheds, please clean up hair inside and poop outside. Keep on ling leash for their safety from wild animals. please do nit let pets on bed decorative cover. bring your own blanket to cover if pet sheds. 2 pets maximum.

- Dispose of all garbage in the outdoor bin — do not leave food outside.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Keep dogs on a leash while on the property; they may roam freely on the beach if well-behaved.
- Please clean up after your pets to avoid future pet fees.
- If leaving pets alone, crate them and open windows for airflow.
- Turn off lights, oven, and stove before leaving (leave pilot light on).
- Bring your own charcoal for the BBQ.
- Tap water is non-potable — use bottled water for drinking. (Safe for cooking.)
- Security cameras are at the property entrance for your safety.

Our stay at Magda’s property was so, so lovely. The site is even more beautiful than the pictures! It is a tranquil oasis, tucked into beautiful trees beside a calm river. The camper was adorable and provided just enough creature comforts while still maintaining a true outdoors experience. The outdoor shower overlooking the river was such a special treat. The site felt very private, too. Magda was also so sweet and welcoming–we appreciated her tour around the property and can’t wait to come back.
Also, contrary to other reviews–the wifi worked great for us when we needed it! -

I found Magna’s place after another rental didn’t work out. It was paradise. Yes, it’s an old RV but it’s super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to store & work in. The inside sofa was not old & was very comfortable. The porch seating great. The beauty & privacy of the property and the river, the river. It’s all yours. Stunningly beautiful. Magna came to show me how everything works which was super helpful. I knew I could call her (actual phoning was a ok) with any question. Best host I’ve ever had.
